After you place your order, we take between 1-3 weeks (depending on the product and number of products) to make and ship everything. After that, you will get an email with the order confirmation and tracking number. However, if you buy from the Sample Sales section your order will be shipped in 1-3 business days since they’re products already made. If you want to know exactly how long it will take, feel free to contact us and we’ll happily answer all of your questions.

In regards to the shipping, it all depends on where it goes. We ship everything from Barcelona, Spain. So from the moment we ship it, to Spain it might take 2-5 business days, to the EU might take 5-10 business days, and to US and Canada 15-20 business days. 


*Important note: We do not assume any responsibility for any shipping delays you might suffer. We can gladly help you track your package, but that’s pretty much it.

We only accept exchanges due to fitting issues. So, if you get a smaller or bigger size and you need to exchange that for another, we gladly accept that. However, we are not able to return your money. Bikini bottoms or any of the Sample Sale items don’t qualify for an exchange.

For an exchange to take place, the garment and packaging has to be returned in perfect conditions after a max of 2 weeks since you received the package and you will have to assume the returning shipping costs. Also we can’t assure that we will receive your returned item, so we suggest you use a trackable shipping service.
